Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied, please provide our DMCA agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL on the site of the material that is claimed to be infringing and to be removed.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (Address, Phone, Email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Process
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will immediately disable or remove access to the content.
- We will notify the content provider about the claims made by the notifying party.
- If no legal counter-notice is received within 14 business days, the material will be permanently deleted.
Response Time
All valid DMCA notices are typically processed and resolved by our technical team within 24-48 hours.
