
This is my own dietary audio journal. Every weekday I'm talking about what I'm eating and how I'm feeling. I started a Carnivore way of eating on June 24th, 2019. Primarily this was done to lose weight. I've tried calorie restriction through weight watchers for years. I've tried plant based elimination diets. This is the first thing I've been able to keep to and have work. I hope other people can use this as a guide or for inspiration. ZERO producing goes into this. I record on my phone while driving home from work and then upload the audio file.
