My goal is to help educate as many business owners as I can on how to attract, obtain and keep more customers. We can no longer just hang out a shingle and declare that we are “open for business” and expect to automatically be successful. We need to truly define who our customer is, get our message in front of them wherever they hang out and have both a unique selling AND value proposition to stand out from the competition. Once we establish a relationship by helping our new friend, know, like and trust us..we then have to seal the deal with… an OVER DELIVERY of Value, Fulfillment and Customer Service....
