After serving in the U.S. Military s Special Operations unit, he obtained a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management and owned and operated two restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. He entered the real estate industry in 2002 and rose the ranks to become KB Homes #1 Net Sales Performer by 2005. Mr. Studebaker created a sales manual still being used by KB Homes. Mr. Studebaker joined Compass in 2005 and has since build up Compass Group International (the specialized consulting services arm of Compass Properties) as the #1 real estate consulting firm in Costa Rica. He is a featured contributor in Chicago Title Latin America s magazine and a featured guest speaker throughout Latin America and Central America.
