
As a young man, I knew and was inspired by a man named Bruno Grizelli. Bruno did the right things, ate the right things and treated his body with respect and discipline. He was a professional soccer player for some other country… I don’t recall. He and I would talk about how important it was to eat right, exercise, and take good care of our bodies. I knew him as a man that lived what he preached. I was taken aback when he died suddenly of a heart attack at a rather young age. I felt that he had died from an illness reserved only for those who have abused themselves. Never did I think that he was not doing everything in his power to be the epitome of health. His death struck me deeply and a persistent, nagging question has remained tucked in the back of my mind since that time: why did he die when he was the picture of health?<br />Since 1980 I have worked as an alternative health care practitioner, a naturopath, an herbalist, nutritionist etc, and Bruno's untimely death has been an in
