
<p>My upcoming golf journey in my 50's, where my winter 2024 index is around 5.0 and my goal is to get to scratch handicap. <br><br>For once in my golfing life, I'm not going to rely on hope to improve my game. I will introduce my improvement strategies, ranging from fitness & nutrition to mental game to practice plans (offseason and in-season).<br><br>I hope others will get some useful insight into their game, as well.</p>
