Bio:In 2012, Zurich’s techno and house scene was an ideal setting to start a journey of passion and thus the HOUSEarrest series at the Revier Club on Langstrasse was born. Once a month, James Clean would come together with Zurich’s best of the scene, pulling the crowd into a state of euphoria for more than 3 years. In 2014, James landed his first single deal with Capitol Input from Mainz, Germany -- producers who recognized the potential in that infectious funky, percussive tech house rhythm. The track held 1st place for weeks on the Capitol Input charts on Beatport. “Down to Phunk” can also be found on two of Capitol Inputs 2014 Compilations. In 2015 came “Alonso Martinez”, released under Hyperblast Records of Chile. When Jekos Lab reacted promisingly to the demo, “Gonna Tell You” in early 2016, the distinctive funk-groovy track made it onto the official Miami Music Week Compilation by the mother label, Jekos Music.
