The idea for The Karter Administration talk radio show was born out of host, Ahmad "Karter" Thames's first love, talking. An avid reader, Ahmad considers himself an aficionado of communication. The Karter Administration hopes to encourage college-age African Americans to discuss the many issues that affect them daily that often go unheard.
