An upcoming DJ emerging from the vibrant underground deep, soulful and tribal house scene in the U.K. Since Funky House permeated the radio waves with songs such as 'Donae'o' - Devil in a Blue dress' and 'Fish Go Deep - The Cause and The Cure' Kofi Amah was entranced by the sounds and sought to find more about the genre. Frustrated by the obscurity of the genre among his peers, Kofi began learning how to DJ in order to hear the songs that he loved played the way he wanted. He began to learn his craft, whilst at Royal Holloway, University of London, under the alias of 'DJ K.A.N'; playing a vast range of musical genres, such as Hip-Hop, Bashment and Garage, to their urban crowds in the neighbouring area.
