In August of 1997, 12-year-old Georgia Leah Moses went missing in Santa Rosa, California. Nine days later, her body was discovered along the 101 Freeway in Petaluma, about 20 miles south of her last known whereabouts. <br /><br />In spite of many leads and an eye witness description of the last person she was seen with, no one has been arrested or charged in her abduction, rape, and murder. <br /><br />After 24 years with no movement in the case, Angel (Georgia's younger sister) has taken the investigation into her own hands. Since the case is still technically active, resources were limited and information was scarce. <br /><br />So, in 2020, she started from scratch. Retracing every step and every avenue she could think of to gather information on her own.
