I'm on a mission to get people talking about the barriers faced by autism parents and carers and autistic people who are from Black, brown and ethnically diverse communities. This platform is for sharing stories and tips but also to provide a safe space to 'be' with your feelings and know that you're not alone. I'm madly in love with my incredible autistic son and I learn from him everyday - as well as about my own past and healing that's yet to be done. We're all on a journey - let's laugh, share and heal together.
